Immediate Tactical Actions (Next 7-15 Days)
This week is critical for post-show conversion – analytica Lab India Mumbai, India Pharma Expo Hyderabad, both Medical Expo editions, and both Navi Mumbai events all closed in the past 10 days. Every qualified contact from this April cluster must receive a personalised follow-up by end of this week before conversion rates drop precipitously. There are no IMMINENT events opening this week, but three URGENT events open within 8-12 days: ARABLAB LIVE KSA Riyadh (11-12 May) is the most time-sensitive – 8 days away – and any member targeting Saudi Arabia or GCC lab distribution partnerships must confirm travel and shipment of samples today. Pharma Machinery & Packaging Show Mumbai and Hospital Infrastructure Pavilion at Constitution Club New Delhi both open 14 May (11 days): split staffing for western India machinery buyers versus North India hospital infrastructure decision-makers must be finalised this week. LAB & Conferences Expo Gurugram (15-18 May) opens 12 days from today and is the only dedicated lab instruments platform in the Delhi-NCR belt in the current cycle – confirm exhibitor or visitor registration at www.iitexpo.com immediately.
Near-Term Actions (Next 60 Days)
May and June pack eight distinct events across five cities and one international destination. The week of 14-17 May is the most complex: BEC Mumbai (Pharma Machinery + Pharma Excipients), Constitution Club Delhi (Hospital Infrastructure Pavilion), and SGCCI Surat (Chemical & Pharma Expo, 15-17 May) all run simultaneously – plan separate teams for each geography, since Gujarat cluster buyers, Delhi hospital decision-makers, and Mumbai pharma machinery engineers are entirely different audiences. India Pharma and Lab Expo Mumbai (21-23 May) and Pharma Expotech Pune (22-23 May) can be planned as a combined Maharashtra swing the following week – confirm exhibitor space at both before May 10. Asia Labex Bengaluru (27-29 May) is the month-ending South India anchor for lab instruments and the most important remaining H1 show for the scientific instruments segment; apply for booth space at www.asialabex.com by this weekend before preferred positions are assigned. Strategic 2026 Calendar
Three H2 decisions require internal approvals within the next 30 days. The Pharma Pro&Pack Expo Hyderabad (9-11 July) is a new addition to the calendar – it anchors Hyderabad’s pharma engineering cycle ahead of the September analytica Lab India Hyderabad edition (10-12 September) and creates a two-visit southern India pharma cluster strategy for the summer. The September 7-19 window – iPHEX New Delhi (7-9 Sep), analytica Hyderabad (10-12 Sep), Medical Fair India Mumbai (17-19 Sep) – remains the single highest-density fortnight of H2: shared logistics and coordinated staffing across all three must be planned now. CPHI & PMEC India at Delhi NCR (23-26 November) is the mandatory year-end commitment for pharma machinery and lab-analytical equipment; Informa Markets booth applications should be submitted this month as prime hall positions fill well ahead of the event.
